Invoices are due Net 30 calendar days to include holidays and weekends.
All items must be unused and in their original packaging. Any sign of use will void the return.
All returns must be approved by your account manager.
All returns must have a return authorization number.
Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges back to Smith Safety, unless otherwise noted.
It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that the return has been received by Smith Safety.
All Items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Items marked Special Order-Non-Returnable are final sale. No exceptions will be made.
